Albany is located in the southern part of Wisconsin in the County of Green. Albany is approximately 30 miles south of Madison, WI 135 northwest of Chicago, 96 miles east of Dubuque, IA. Albany is 20 minutes from Monroe, the Green County seat.

Village of Belleville
Nestled in the beautiful rolling countryside of the fertile Sugar River Valley, on the Dane-Green County line, lays the Village of Belleville. The community combines the peavefulness of a rural community with the convenience of urban services. Home to several businesses, including Federal Industries, Belleville has reliable labor, reasonable land and utility costs, and good highway access.
Two major multiple use development projects are being planned beginning in 2009. The “Steward Redevelopment Project” is adjacent to the recently completed Badger State Trail, a bicycle/hiking trail linking Madison to the Illinois trail system. The west side development project will expand the community’s commercial/industrial site inventory.
City of Brodhead
Brodhead is a small community surrounded by a lot of wonderful resources, including the eighteen-hole golf course -Decatur Lake Country Club; 23-miles Sugar River State Trail – biking, hiking, cross country skiing & snowmobiling; revitalized downtown area; many stores to shop at; and the Brodhead Histrorical Society preserving history through the Depot Museum. The community balances history, small town living, industrial growth and progress.
The City of Brodhead is the second largest municipality in Green County. Located on the Green-Rock County line, Brodhead is located in one of the fastest growing areas of Green County. The central business district typifies the community’s rich historic significance.
